Inky at the park! (pictures)

as promised, here are the pics of the photogenic piggy!

NAIL CRISIS!!!!

OMIGOSH!!!! I was clipping Inky's nails and he decided to squirm right as I started to clip, and I clipped his nail too short!! it bled like, A LOT. So I quickly opened my laptop and found a way to stop it from bleeding! Thank God for Google!!! So now he's fine, but in case you ever have to deal with this, try mixing baking soda with a few drops of water to create a paste and then put that on his nail, or dip the nail in flour. Just make sure you've got something on hand to stop the bleeding.

Its doing a lot better now, so you cant really tell it was ever bleeding. :D (btw, its the middle one)

Hobby Lobby Haul!! (for real this time)

Hiya muchachos!!! Its been a while huh? Today we went to a park to let Inky run around on his harness and eat grass (pics coming soon!) and then we went to hobby lobby so I could buy some things and I thought I'd do a hobby lobby haul since I bought a buttload of stuff there. So here's what I bought!!

                                  I got some felt!! the patterned felt is 50 cents, not 4 for a dollar.

I got some fabrics!! (all clearance, what else?) I got a cute robot printed cotton fabric, an ice cream print cotton fabric that I'm in love with,  white flannel with pink spots, and a really cute turtle print flannel!!

                   And the last and most random, 2 foam paws and some 16 gauge jewelry wire.

Now allow me to explain everything to you. These are all for Inky projects. felt and fabric to sew some pillows and tunnels. foam paws (that where 64 cents each, clearance) so I can have thinner foam for the support structure of a little hidey hut thing. and jewelry wire to hold the ends of the tunnel open.
